Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 18, 2025

1. Cancellations

All purchases made on SubtitleMe.io are final. Once a credit pack has been purchased or a transaction has been initiated, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services already used or partially used. However, you may be eligible for a refund if:

• You successfully completed a payment,
• but did not receive any credits in your account,
• and you reported the issue to us within 3 days of the transaction.

In such cases, please contact our support team at support@subtitleme.io with your payment receipt or transaction ID.

3. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting our support team, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the associated account.
